Fracht UK approached SIPTA to produce a corporate showcase film documenting a complex multi-country transportation project — a single shipment that started in the Netherlands, moved through multiple logistics handoffs, and was delivered to its final destination in Ireland. The film needed to capture the scale and precision of the operation, and tell the story of what genuinely international project logistics looks like in practice. SIPTA handled post-production, working with footage captured by local videographers across both locations.
THE BRIEF
Coordinating multiple videographers across two countries to feel like one film
Because the project spanned the Netherlands and Ireland, it wasn't practical to send a single SIPTA crew to both locations. Instead, local videographers were engaged at each end of the journey. The challenge was ensuring that footage captured independently, by different operators, in different countries, with different equipment and lighting conditions, could be cut together into a single coherent film that felt visually consistent throughout.
Without clear creative direction, multi-location shoots like this often result in footage that feels disjointed — different colour temperatures, different framing conventions, different shot rhythms. The risk was producing a film that looked like it had been stitched together rather than planned as a whole.
